How an engagement works

1. Discovery call

Tell us about your sites, data, and the question you need answered. If FluxMapper is not the right tool, we will say so.

2. Quote

A project-specific quote sets out the services, pricing, and term, and names the versions of the agreement and input data definition that apply.

3. Data submission

You provide raw high-frequency eddy-covariance data from any instrument brand, including historical archives. Custom work beyond the quote is scoped in a statement of work.

4. FluxMaps delivered

Half-hourly FluxMaps with per-pixel quality flags and uncertainty, plus flux time series for the areas of interest you define.

Engagement documents

Review the documents behind every engagement before we talk. Your quote names the version that applies to your order.

Master terms

Services Agreement

The terms that govern every engagement: data ownership, confidentiality, intellectual property, warranties, and fees.

Input Data Definition

The input variables FluxMapper needs, with reference file formats, naming and UTC timestamp conventions, and a wind verification check.
